Booking policy
How paid consultations are booked, paid for, prepared and moved. The terms for your booking are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Fees
Consultations are 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Fees are in US dollars and are shown before you pay: Prof. Wisdom Gagakuma USD 150, 220 or 300; Kenneth Gagakuma and Michael Gagakuma USD 90, 130 or 180.
Booking and payment
Until online booking opens, you request a time and we reply by email with options. You pay only once a time is confirmed, through a secure hosted checkout. We never ask for card details by email.
Preparation
Send your question and any documents at least a day before, so the principal can read them. Tell us anything that must stay confidential.
Moving a session
If we need to move a session, you choose a new time or a full refund. If you need to move it, tell us as early as you can; the terms for rescheduling and cancellation are confirmed with your booking.
The follow-up note
After the call you receive a short written note with the advice and next step. A consultation is advice on one question, not a delivered piece of work.
