Who commissions this, and when.
Buyers and moments where this work pays for itself, and where it does not.
Who it is for
- EU importers and commodity traders
- Retail and brand compliance teams
- ESG consultancies that need a partner in West Africa
- Exporters of cocoa, coffee, timber, rubber and other covered commodities
When to call us
- A buyer in the EU has asked for due-diligence evidence you cannot yet supply
- You are onboarding a new supplier in Ghana or West Africa
- Your own traceability files have gaps you need listed before an audit
When it is not the answer
We do not certify compliance or act as a statutory authority. Where plot-level geolocation or land-title evidence does not exist, we say so; a desk review cannot create it.
What you receive.

Questions buyers ask.
Anything else: ask in a brief.
Can you make a supplier EUDR-ready in a week?
No honest adviser can promise that. We can tell you within the review period exactly what evidence exists, what is missing and how to get it.
Do you visit farms or forests?
Only when a field visit is scoped and costed. The standard review works from documents and data the supplier provides.
Who sees the supplier’s documents?
The review team and you. Documents are handled under a confidentiality agreement and are not reused.
