Who invoices you, in which currency, how payment works, and how tax is handled for each contract.
Invoicing entity
Invoices are issued by GKM Legacy Holdings, registered in Maryland, USA. Purchase order numbers and your invoicing requirements are added on request.
Currency and payment
Fees are quoted in US dollars unless another currency is agreed in writing. Engagement fees are paid by bank transfer against invoices at the milestones set in the scope. Consultations are paid when a time is confirmed.
Tax
Tax treatment, including withholding tax and VAT or sales tax, depends on where you are and what is supplied. We confirm it for each contract, with qualified advice where needed, before the first invoice.
