Standards & working methods
The methodological standards we work to, and the certifications we hold or do not hold, stated separately so neither is mistaken for the other.
Standards we work to
- Evaluation: the OECD-DAC criteria of relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
- Accessibility: WCAG 2.2, level AA, for websites and digital products we build and audit.
- Data protection: Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and the GDPR or UK GDPR where they apply.
- AI: the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) where it applies to a client’s systems.
- Academic work: the integrity and authorship rules of the researcher’s institution.
Certifications and memberships
- The firm holds no management-system certifications. Working to a standard is not the same as being certified against it, and we do not suggest otherwise.
- Prof. Wisdom Gagakuma is a Fellow of CIAMC-Ghana. As attested in March 2025: immediate past Board Vice Chair, and chair of its Educational and Professional Examinations Committee.
- PMP preparation is offered independently; the firm is not a PMI Authorized Training Partner.
