The practice
Training built from the work people actually do: needs analysis, curriculum, practice, assessment and transfer back to the job. Designed so you can see the change, not just the attendance.
Practice 03 of 11
When organisations call us, and where we stop.
The situations this practice exists for, and the lines we do not cross.
When to call
- A skills gap is costing you performance
- Your team must adopt AI or new systems responsibly
- A training provider needs a curriculum it can deliver under its own name
- Staff need to design and run monitoring and evaluation themselves
Our boundaries
- Training cannot fix a process or incentive problem; we check which it is first.
- We do not promise certification outcomes or pass rates.
- Independent exam preparation is offered without affiliation to the exam body.
Services in this practice.
Each one starts with a defined first scope and a fixed fee agreed in writing.
- 03.01 Executive AI literacy and board AI-governance dayA sector-specific session for boards and executives on what AI means for their institution: the real uses, the real risks and the governance decisions only leadership can make. You leave with draft actions for approval, not a signed policy.
- 03.02 White-label PMP curriculum for training providersWe supply training partners with original, reviewed PMP curriculum modules and question sets under their brand. A sample module comes first; a full licence follows only when your requirements are agreed.
- 03.03 AI-literacy trainingWe assess the AI literacy each staff group needs, deliver role-specific training and keep the attendance and assessment evidence. Since 27 July 2026, Article 4 of the EU AI Act, as amended by the Digital Omnibus on AI, asks providers and deployers to take measures to support the development of AI literacy; this programme helps you take those measures and show what you did.
- 03.04 Proposal and bid-writing trainingWe teach a team to read a real call for proposals or tender, build its compliance matrix and write a response outline, using the documents they are actually bidding for.
- 03.05 AI for research, communications and admin teamsWe teach a team a tested set of AI workflows for their actual work, using only data they are permitted to use, with practical exercises that are assessed.
- 03.06 E-learning development and course productionWe produce complete learning modules under your brand: learning design, content, assessments, facilitator materials and tested LMS packaging where contracted.
- 03.07 Public-sector management and performance improvementWe facilitate a performance diagnostic for a public institution and work with its managers on practical improvements, grounded in the Professor’s documented work on effectiveness in public organisations with limited resources.
- 03.08 Monitoring and evaluation trainingA practical MEL module built around your team’s actual indicators, tools and reporting duties, so staff can collect, check and report data correctly from the next cycle.
- 03.09 Data and AI skills trainingAn assessed, practical data and AI module matched to your team’s tools and working tasks, from cleaning and analysing data to using AI safely in daily work.

Free tool PMP study plan
Enter your exam date, the hours you can study each week and how confident you feel in each domain. The planner builds a week-by-week schedule that gives your weaker domains more time, with original practice questions to try.
Open the tool
Free tool Learning outcomes and assessment mapper
List each learning outcome, the level of thinking it asks for and the task that assesses it. The mapper flags outcomes with no task, tasks that test at a lower level than the outcome, weights that do not add up and verbs you cannot observe.
Open the tool
Free tool Training budget calculator
Enter your participants, cohort size, sessions and your own cost quotes. The planner separates fixed from variable costs, shows the cost per participant and per learning hour, and compares cohort sizes side by side.

Free tool MEL indicator builder
Define each indicator properly: level, unit, numerator and denominator, baseline, target, source, frequency and disaggregation. The checker rejects percentages without a numerator and denominator and turns complete indicators into reference sheets.

Roles held by our principals, each with its source. Demonstrations are labelled as demonstrations.
Individual experience of our principals, before or outside GKM Strategic Advisory & AI. Not GKM contracts.
