Trading name and contracting entity
- We trade as GKM Strategic Advisory & AI. Contracts are made with GKM Legacy Holdings, the group company, which is registered in the State of Maryland, USA.
- GKM Strategic Advisory & AI is part of the GKM Legacy Holdings group. The group’s other ventures are separate businesses and are not parties to advisory contracts.
Registration status
- GKM Legacy Holdings is registered in Maryland, USA. It holds no other registrations at the date of this page.
- Some buyers require a supplier registered in their own country. Where that applies, we say so at the start and agree a compliant route, or decline.
Principals
The firm is led by three principals: Prof. Wisdom Gagakuma, Founder and Chairman; Kenneth Gagakuma, Co-Founder and Chief Executive; and Michael Gagakuma, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer.
