Questions buyers ask.
Anything else: ask in a brief.
How is this different from a training catalogue?
A catalogue starts from courses. We start from the work: what each role must be able to do, what people can do today, and which gaps cost you most. The training plan comes last.
Can you work with our existing competency framework?
Yes. If a framework exists we test it against the work and use it. If it does not, we build the competency map as part of the diagnostic.
Do you need to be on site?
Most of the diagnostic runs remotely. In Ghana and West Africa we work on site from Accra; elsewhere, travel is costed in advance and only where it adds evidence.
Where does AI come in?
In survey design support, coding open-ended responses and drafting. Every finding is reviewed by the Professor before it reaches you, and AI never changes a calculated score.
