What the film shows, in words
- See whether you teach what you promise.
- Three outcomes promised. Three modules, 42 contact hours.
- 2 of 3 outcomes are taught. 12 of 42 hours teach none of them.
- Link the module to outcome 3: 3 of 3. Every hour serves an outcome.
- An assessment for the module. An external examiner.
- Teach what you promise. No accreditation is implied.

Now your programme, outcome by outcome.
State what participants will be able to do, then the modules that teach it. Link each module to the outcomes it covers, and the two discs show what is matched and what is left bare. They show what is linked, not how much teaching an outcome receives.

The tool’s own table: a 1 where a module is linked to an outcome. A link is your statement that the module teaches it; the tool does not judge how well.

How it works, and its limits.
The rules are short and published so you can check them. Coverage is your own claim: one link makes an outcome “covered”, whatever the hours behind it.
Method
- 01
Modules link to outcomes by number; every outcome must be covered and every module should cover at least one.
- 02
Unassessed modules are flagged.
- 03
Quality roles are recorded; none implies accreditation.
- 04
A module can be set for the executive, the operator or champion, or the technical or oversight track, or for all tracks. Each track’s proposed hours are its own modules and those set for all tracks; a module with no track is counted for none. No track is compulsory for everyone.
- 05
For each module the outline keeps three things apart: who it is for, what a participant needs first, and what must be in place at work. Once tracks or support are entered, a missing support owner or follow-up is listed as a gap.
What it cannot tell you
- Accreditation and credit rules belong to the awarding body.
- It designs the structure; content and faculty come next.
- Hours are contact hours; add self-study separately.
- Tracks, prerequisites and readiness are your own statements. The tool does not check that a workplace is ready or that a participant has met a prerequisite.
Quality ruleNo accreditation or academic appointment promise.
When the outline needs a person
An outline is where a programme starts. Content and faculty come next, and credit or accreditation is decided by the awarding institution, never by this tool or by this firm.
